Description:A rare and exciting opportunity to serve as the Landscape Conservation Cooperative (LCC) Network and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) spokesperson on everything related to LCCs and the USFWS actions related to climate change and landscape approaches to conservation will soon be advertised. The employee will coordinate development and implementation of communications strategies including creating annual reports, fact sheets, updating websites and social media, etc. S/he will lead and coordinate the LCC Network communications team to provide creative, innovative, effective messaging about LCCs. The ideal candidate will be a creative, experienced conservation communicator; thrive working in a team environment but also capable of working independently; enjoy exciting high-paced environments; excel at leading and coordinating teams; and be passionate about promoting a new approach to conservation for the future.
