Lecture: Life on the Conservation Front Line (03/10/15)

Photo © Niall McCannComing up next month on Tuesday, March 10, Xi Sigma Pi is excited to present a special lecture with Niall McCann, a conservationist who hosts the television show Biggest and Baddest. McCann grew up in England and studied zoology at the University of Bristol, and he is currently completing his doctoral work at Cardiff University studying Baird’s tapir.

In his lecture, McCann will describe his endangered species research in remote and challenging environments across the world, and how he has been able to bridge the gap between science and policy and have a direct impact on international conservation.
